The Spark That Ignited My Journey

When I was 14, my dad gave me advice that changed my life: “Find what you love, and you’ll build something amazing.”

Inspired by my passion for boxing, I launched my first business selling boxing gloves. Over the years, I outfitted world champions and developed products used by UFC fighters, including Joe Rogan, and thousands of athletes worldwide. But more than the success, my dad’s belief in me taught me a lesson I carry to this day: when people feel cared for, they can achieve the unimaginable.

Care as a Strategy

That lesson didn’t just shape my early ventures—it became the foundation for everything I’d build.

After selling my boxing glove business, I launched a manufacturing agency built on care. In 18 months, we grew to seven figures, partnering with brands like Peloton, Traeger, and Gravity Blankets.

Leading a remote team in my early 20s, I realized that care wasn’t just a value—it was the strategy that built trust, sparked innovation, and drove results.

A Mission Born From Loss

After building a thriving business, I felt like I was on top of the world. Then, everything changed when my mom was diagnosed with cancer. Two months later, she passed away.

Those two months were a whirlwind—painful, beautiful, and transformative. Her passing taught me that as leaders, we have a responsibility to support our people through life’s seasons and challenges.

That realization became my purpose: to help leaders create workplaces where care drives everything—seeing people as whole individuals and empowering them to achieve their goals.
