When I was 14 years old, a simple conversation with my dad would change my life forever.
I was sitting in the hot tub and I turned to him and asked, “Hey Dad, how do I build something great.” He told me to “Find what I love and I’d build something amazing.”

I loved boxing. I worked at the local boxing gym and was training for my first boxing fight… So without hesitation, I quickly answered, “Lets sell boxing gloves.”
At 14 years old, I began my entrepreneurial journey with the launch of my first business, Golden Gear. (And I’m not talking about any lemonade stand)

My business quickly grew to become the boxing glove of choice by World Champion Boxers, UFC fighters, and many more. While in college, I won over $50k in business plan competitions and Inc. Magazine selected my business as one of the coolest college startups. What started as a small dream, selling boxing gloves out of my garage grew to become a multinational brand with sales all over the world.
While my business was booming, my life would forever change after my 20th birthday. My dad died 7 months after being diagnosed with cancer. After his death, everything changed… Especially my perception of “success.”

Selling boxing gloves-a career I loved, began to feel that it just wasn’t enough… While my company was making good money, I started to believe that in order to be successful, I needed to be making GREAT money. So I sold my boxing glove business and started a new supply chain agency in pursuit of more.
My supply chain agency quickly grew to become a very profitable business.
From the outside looking in, I had it all… but to my surprise, I wasn’t happy.
Despite finding financial success, I lacked fulfillment… Some would call that the ultimate failure.
I knew I wanted to make a change, but I was terrified.
Whenever I’d ask friends about making a change, they’d tell me, “I’d be crazy to leave what I had… That I was living the dream….”
So I stayed.
Then when I was 25, my mom died suddenly after being diagnosed with cancer.

And everything changed.
I realized, “What the heck was I waiting for? I needed to live my “someday” life, today!”
I needed to prioritize the life I wanted with urgency. I needed to get hyper intentional about my life and how and where I spent my limited time.
And that’s exactly what I did.
I sold my business. I married my childhood sweetheart. And I started speaking full-time to help people live & lead their life and career with more intention.
Through my journey, I realized the secret to life…
To be happy, truly happy… You have to stop waiting for someday and start living your “someday” life today.
My goal is to help you get more intentional so you can live a happier and more fulfilling life. You ready?
